Public exhibitions to showcase plan to restore historic Hulton Park
Peel Land and Property are pleased to announce a series of public exhibitions to showcase their proposals for the historic Hulton Park Estate in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
Peel’s scheme includes the restoration of Hulton Park through the creation of a championship golf course. The project is being designed with the specific objective of delivering the largest and highest profile of international golfing tournaments and will include a new hotel with spa and conference facilities and new homes. The proposals aim to strengthen the profile of the Bolton area, attract inward investment and create employment and skills opportunities for local residents. The scheme includes a new golfing academy, a new ‘Hulton Trail’ with publicly accessible footpaths and cycleways and improved local infrastructure.
